Initial Kickstart Session (Zoom)

  • Solo: 45 minutes, ideal for individual goals and personalized focus

  • Couples: 75 minutes, great for partners who want to align habits, meals, and routines together

We review goals, current nutrition, movement, and establish personalized macro and lifestyle targets.

7-Day Follow-Up Session (Zoom – 30 minutes)
We assess implementation, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your plan.

This two-visit bundle creates clarity, momentum, and a strong foundation.
