We are a cash-pay practice, meaning we do not directly file insurance claims. However, we provide our patients with “insurance invoices” that include both CPT and Dx codes, which you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please be aware that we have opted out of Medicare.
Many of the blood tests and kits we order are through LabCorp, and you can file these with your insurance. However, be aware that some specialty tests might not be covered by all insurance companies. For patients who prefer, we offer cash-pay options at our special wholesale rates.
Absolutely! Just let us know when booking. However, for a thorough assessment, we recommend your first visit be in person. Procedures also require in-person appointments.
