It’s Easy to Share the Gift of Health!

  1. Refer a Friend: Simply fill out the referral form with your friend or family member’s information.
  2. Mention Your Name: Remind your referrals to mention your name when they book their first appointment at MyHealth1st. This helps us track the referral and reward you accordingly.
  3. Their First Appointment: Once your referred friend attends their initial consultation, both of you reap the benefits!
  4. You Get Rewarded: As a thank you, you’ll receive a $50 credit towards your next service or a complimentary bottle of DIMPRO 150 (for pellet therapy patients).
  5. Extra Thanks for Pellet Patients: Refer 5 friends who complete their first appointment and mention your name, and you’ll be rewarded with a FREE PELLET PROCEDURE!

 

Once you submit the form, your friend will receive a welcome email from MyHealth1st. The email will let them know you’d like you refer them. We’ll include information about our clinic and services. A member of our staff might also reach out for a discovery call.

It’s a program designed to reward you for referring friends and family to our clinic. By sharing the gift of health, you can earn rewards while your loved ones experience the high-quality care we offer.

All active MyHealth1st patients are welcome to participate.

Simply fill out the referral form on this page with your friend or family member’s information. You may also share our clinic contact information with your referral directly and tell them to give us your name when they schedule their initial appointment.

 

Earning Rewards

  • For all referrers: You’ll receive a $50 credit towards your next service at MyHealth1st for each referred friend or family member who completes their initial appointment.
  • For hormone program members: You can opt for a complimentary bottle of DIMPRO 150 instead of the $50 credit. Additionally, for every fifth successful referral who completes their first appointment and mentions your name, you’ll be rewarded with a FREE pellet procedure!

We will track your referrals internally. Once a referred friend or family member completes their initial appointment and mentions your name during booking, your reward will be automatically applied to your account or communicated for scheduling your free pellet procedure.

No, there’s no limit to the number of people you can refer! The more friends and family you share MyHealth1st with, the more rewards you can earn.

Referral Process

Your friend needs to complete their initial appointment at MyHealth1st and mention your name during booking.

Please advise your referrals to mention your name when booking their appointment to ensure you receive proper credit. If they forget, you can contact our clinic, and we’ll verify the referral.

Your friend will receive a welcome email from MyHealth1st saying you’d like you refer them. Included in the email will be information about our clinic and services. Our staff might also reach out for a complimentary discovery call.
