Compounded GLP-1 medications may be added when clinically appropriate and are always paired with nutrition, strength preservation, and lifestyle optimization. Available with Tier 2 or Tier 3 and paid for at-cost, a-la-carte. Home kits include the compounded medication, injection supplies, and UPS ground shipping.

The program is designed to be completed via telehealth, making it accessible regardless of location. Those who are prescribed a GLP-1 like semaglutide or tirzepatide will be mailed a “home kit” with all the supplies and instructions for self-administration.
Yes. Baseline labs are essential to personalize your plan safely, effectively, and gauge improvements.

You pay a $300 deposit to book, with the remaining $125 due at your initial consultation. Program membership fees are separate and only apply if you’re approved and choose to continue.
Yes. For best outcomes, the program requires a 3-month commitment.
All consultations and procedures are cash-pay. At check-out, we’ll provide you with an insurance invoice (including CPT and diagnosis codes) that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
