It’s best suited for individuals who are already in a relatively good state of health, want deeper insight into how their body is functioning, and are motivated to optimize wellbeing through lifestyle, diet, and education. If you have complex or chronic medical conditions, lengthy medication lists, or unresolved health challenges, we recommend starting with Level 3 instead.
